Channels Marketing and Partner Alliances Manager, APAC- based in Singapore

Our client is an IT Multinational company.

Responsibilities:

Review, improve and measure effectiveness of communications and enablement of partners.

Clearly Organise and segmented by audience the Channels and Alliances communications (ie business vs technical; or partner tiers).

Regularly updated and quality-controlled the database to ensure communications are reaching to the partners.

Review and provide feedback on content and key issues the channel partner is expressing for communications from the company.

Maintain and ensure Partner Portal is up to date (including Asian language pages).

Track and benchmark use of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Portal (including Japanese, Chinese, Korean pages) to overall metrics at global and region level

Track Partner Portal in same manner as website tracking: how often to partners visit; how sticky is content (time on site as well as downloads); patterns of usage.

Enablement, training and certification are assisted by the Channels Marketing and Partner Alliances Manager in terms of event management, communication, and overall tracking;

To plan, develop and execute marketing programs in support of, and together with, APAC Sales and Channel leadership, Channel Account Managers, Partners, Marketing at both corporate and regional level.

Track and measure the effectiveness of Channel Marketing investments at region, country, partner level. Adopt (from Corporate) or develop where necessary: processes; manual tracking; automated tracking of the investments and their results.

Increase partner-driven revenue in APAC and support this with a return on demand generation marketing investments (excludes training and enablement)

Engage strategic alliance partners as agreed with the business for larger scale, and/or broader regional Marketing initiatives

To deliver a quarterly Analysis and Review of partner ecosystem and performance with the market (macro environment). Key competitive issues will be identified in the document along with a review of the overall Channels and Alliances activity in APAC

Report is delivered in Word format, at end of first month of quarter; reviews previous quarter’s performance; incorporates feedback from the Channel and the business on upcoming Channel marketing

Requirements:

A Bachelors Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent, minimum of 7 years in the Marketing in a high technology, IT or Telecom environment. Prefer experience in computers, IT networking, software, or switching technologies.

Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, creative and able to work with minimal supervision

Annual Remuneration: SGD 100K – 140 K per year.
