Sales Manager, Guangdong Shenzhen, China

We represent our client, a VOIP vendor. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager/ Director  to be based in Guangdong/ Shenzhen , China to cover the South China region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Business Development and sales of company’s product to the VOIP related Product Developer, Enterprise or Telcos / Services Provider, industry in the South China region.
  • Identify Partners and develop them to become a successful indirect sales force
  • Identifying and qualifying new prospects
  • Understanding and responding to the customer business problems that we help solve. Selling customers on how our capabilities can help relieve their business pain . Contract negotiation and closing
  • The successful individual will possess a genuine desire to see his/her customers and partners successfully deliver the company products.
  • A prospective candidates will need to have an understanding of how to drive and develop an effective sales channel via the company partners/ resellers.
  • Strategic selling skills, technical acumen, the ability to work through various partners/ channels, the ability to partner effectively with the direct sales force, and excellent presentation skills are required for this position.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder with at least 8 years of sales experience with selling Telecom or IT Networking technology solutions to the customers.
  • Demonstrable success in sales with a solid track record of selling into the required target markets. Must have a strong sales background with proven contacts and relationships at senior levels of VOIP related Product Developer, Enterprise or Telcos / Services Provider, industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target
  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Very Good level of spoken and written English.
  • Remuneration: RMB 350K- 800K per year .
